Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

Crucita Matos of Studio Tela Portraiture, her representatives and assigns (collectively, “Studio Tela” and/or "Studio Tela Portraiture") has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to mutual privacy. 

The following discloses our information gathering, dissemination practices and the disclosure limitations of policies & procedures, rates, equipment and/or our various site shoot locations. Confidentiality in sales, advertising and exhibition is always maintained. Your privacy is important to us and any information we collect is for the purposes of servicing you as our client and to effectively fulfill and track any product orders. We detest non requested email as much as you do and will never share or sell your information to any third-party. 

Studio Tela strictly requires all clients not to divulge any information about our policies & procedures, equipment, paid rates & fees and/or the use or location of any various specific site shoot locations where your images were taken. 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Crucita Matos & Studio Tela Portraiture, her representatives or employees, from any dispute and any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. 

Studio Tela Portraiture respects your privacy and will not disclose any of your personal information, telephone number(s) and/or home addresses without your expressed written consent. Your name may be used to serve as a professional reference, upon your written consent.

Studio Tela Portraiture is also not responsible for any damages you may incur if you communicate confidential information to us, a third party or if we communicate such information to you at your request or otherwise. Changes, revisions or updates to such information or photographic image works may be made at any time without prior notice. The accuracy or reliability of your data is not guaranteed or warranted in any way. 

Whenever you schedule a session or place an order with Studio Tela Portraiture, online or in person, we collect the information necessary to process your transaction. This may include item, quantity ordered, name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, and billing information (credit card or checking account number, expiration date and billing address). When orders are shipped to an address different from the billing address, we will also ask for the name(s), full address(es) and phone number(s) of order recipients. Information entered by you is collected even if you cancel or do not complete an order. 

We may also use your contact information from inquiries or business transactions to send the user information about our studio, which may include derivative photographic work(s) from your images, product updates or special offers. We may utilize outside companies from time to time to display images from our work and to promote our business. 

Information provided by Studio Tela, its subsidiaries and affiliates at our websites are believed to be accurate at the time they were published and are in no manner, whatsoever held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, howsoever caused, arising out of any website, promotional flyer, marketing materials and/or data, in any manner shape or form or reliance on the information it contains. 

We use the images taken of you to help administer possible future work assignments for all involved parties via our hard copy portfolios and/or various web site databases. The display of Studio Tela images or photographic works on any utilized websites does not imply that a license of any kind has been granted. Any unauthorized downloading, re-transmission, or other copying of the contents herein may be a violation of federal common law trademark and/or copy laws and could subject the infringer to legal action. 

Any violation of the aforementioned can result in legal action and/or seek punitive damage compensation against you.
